At Viola Hair Extensions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unopened condition. Please ensure the hygiene seal remains intact, as hair extensions cannot be returned once the packaging has been compromised.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Verify that your hair extensions are in their original packaging with the gold security seal unbroken and that it is within 30 days of the delivery date.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products including the original invoice and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the parcel to ensure fast processing.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your return via a tracked courier service to our warehouse; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
